Event Description
The Living Your Best Life workshop is a creative, insightful, dynamic and engaging workshop which focuses on passion meets purpose!
This workshop allows Internationals to take a closer look at the possibilities they have, and to take action.
We begin by focusing on the international identity, what is it made up of, and what happens to our identity when living abroad. We will address expectations and discuss how to handle them. Awareness is key, therefore, it is crucial to explore the possibilities and start focusing on the vision you have for yourself. We will also outline strengths, skills, and tap into our passions.
Finally, during the Vision Board part of the workshop we will
zoom in on the Internationals positive vision of their future. This is a creative process which taps into our sources of energy, visualisation capabilities, motivation and allows us to envision the life/profession we desire.

Together we will:
• learn about the International identity
• discuss how to manage expectations
• raise awareness regarding the importance of having a vision for yourself
• focus on participants — strengths, talents, interests
• create a vision board
